Warehouse Processing Morning and Evening Shifts
Athletic Annex is looking for an Amazon Warehouse & eCommerce Customer Service Associate to support our growing online business. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the ins and outs of eCommerce. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers have a great experience by assisting with online service, processing orders, and keeping our Amazon sales channel replete with product.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cross-dock inventory bound for Amazon Distribution (FBA)
Manage and process eCommerce returns (sequelbyannex.com, and Amazon FBA/FBM)
Package, label, and ship customer orders.
Manage refurbishment process for Sequel inventory.
Customer Service
Provide friendly, timely customer support through digital sales channels (email, chat, online platforms).
Assist customers with questions on orders, returns, and product details.
Deliver a positive brand experience in every interaction.
Order Processing
Enter and process dropship orders for brands not connected via EDI.
Monitor and track orders from EDI-connected dropship vendors to ensure smooth fulfillment.
Escalate and resolve any order delays, errors, or issues with guidance from the operations team.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or online) preferred but not required.
Interest in learning e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar)
Team player with a customer-first mindset and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
In-depth understanding of industry best practices for the warehousing and logistics
Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics
Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications.
Ability to lift up to 30lbs at a time, and endurance to walk or stand for long periods of time.
